• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with original packaging and invoice.

Return Process:

1. Log into your BUSIMART account.

2. Navigate to your order history.

3. Select the item and click “Return.”

4. Choose a reason and submit your request.

5. We’ll arrange for pickup or provide shipping instructions.

Exceptions:

• Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers)

• Digital downloads (e.g., software, e-books)

• Customized or personalized products
